Shilajit Moomiyo ***Currently Discontinued***
Used by Olympic world class athletes around the world, Shilajit is an herb/mineral compound first extensively studied by Russian scientists. It is an adaptagenic herbal complex renown for increasing strength and muscle mass, as well as for it's reported recuperative ability. Studies conducted at Russian universities concluded that its use increased workload ability by up to 15-27%, with reduced recovery time. Russian special forces, as well as Olympians, used Shilajit. Russian cosmonauts also used Shilajit to help recover from training and long space flights and stimulate the body's immune system. The first mention of the use of Shilajit for health purposes may be traced back 2500 years to Aristotle in Greece. Shilajit has been shown to stimulate white blood cells called macrophages, inducing them to work more efficiently. Macrophages destroy and digest foreign material; when strengthened, the white blood cells can ingest more pathogenic organisms. Shilajit Moomiyo is obtained from rocks in the Altai region. It is in the form of a mineral that drips from the cracks of the rocks during hot weather. This mineral was formed from the decomposition of plant matter in the rocks from thousands and ten of thousands of years in the past. Geothermal pressures are responsible for the exuded mineralized plant matter. When collected, it oozes out of the mountain side cliffs as a thick paste. It is "harvested" and then purified. Known for its ability to increase core vital energy, Shilajit is composed of humus and fulvic acid. The process by which humus is made is via decomposition by microorganisms. Unlike other soil humus, Shilajit humus consists of 60 - 80% organic mass.
